Concentrated Machine Plaster

It is a bagged gypsum based concentrated machine plaster. Brick, concrete, gross concrete, aerated concrete, pumice block etc. It is applied directly to the materials. Thanks to its special formula, the amount of plaster used for the same square meter is less. Covers 25% more space when used in the same amount as standard machine plaster. When the standard machine is loaded with the same weight as plaster, 25% more bags are transported and transportation savings are achieved. It makes the surface it is applied on ready for painting in a single coat. It does not require satin finish plaster. It has high surface hardness and a shiny appearance. It is a fireproof material. It has fire retardant properties due to the water it contains. Since it is a breathable material, it creates a healthy environment by balancing the humidity level.

Application Surface Features:

On Brick or Bims Block Surfaces:

  • Brick Surfaces: Before application, brick surfaces must be wetted in hot weather conditions. However, Bims Block surfaces do not require pre-wetting.
  • The application thickness must be at least 10 mm.
  • For single-layer application, a maximum thickness of 30 mm can be applied.

On Fair-Faced Concrete Surfaces:

  • Fair-Faced Concrete Surfaces: At least 12 hours before application, the surface must be roughened using AkAlçı Adhesion Enhancer Primer.
  • The application thickness must be at least 8 mm.
  • For single-layer application, a maximum thickness of 30 mm can be applied.

On Gas Concrete Surfaces:

  • Gas Concrete Surfaces: Before application, the surface must be cleaned of its own dust and wetted slightly in hot weather.
  • The application thickness must be at least 8 mm.
  • For single-layer application, a maximum thickness of 30 mm can be applied.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Adjust Water Setting: Adjust the plaster machine's water setting to mix approximately 6.5 liters of water per 10 kg of AkAlçı Concentrated Machine Plaster. Pour the plaster into the machine's reservoir and start the process.
  2. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is free of dust and substances that could prevent adhesion before starting the application.
  3. Install Ano Profiles: Attach ano profiles to the surface at intervals of approximately 150-200 cm.
  4. Application Process:
    • Apply the plaster using a steel trowel in two stages.
    • The AkAlçı Concentrated Machine Plaster is mixed in the plaster machine and sprayed between the ano profiles.
    • After spraying, the surfaces are leveled using a straightedge.
  5. First Smoothing: Perform the first smoothing with a straightedge 15-20 minutes after spraying.
  6. Second Smoothing: After approximately 50-70 minutes, spray water onto the surface and smooth it with a rubber float.
  7. Final Polishing:
    • About 10 minutes later, polish the surface using a steel trowel.
    • Perform the second trowel smoothing about 60 minutes after the first, achieving a shiny, hard, and glazed finish.
  8. Weather Conditions: Keep in mind that wind can significantly affect these timeframes, often reducing the waiting times. Adjust accordingly
